Whether you are sick and not feeling well or just need those healthy benefits in you, then a nice herbal tea is right for you. Let's dive in and read the benefits of herbal tea and why it would be right for you. 


Herbal tea have been around for centuries and are known to promote better health, healing properties and natural remedies. Herbal teas are made from blends or infusions of dried fruits, flowers, spices or herbs mixed with water.


Since most herbal teas are considered natural medicine with its medicinal effects, it is important to know when and when not to consume, how much to consume and what types to avoid. Peppermint Tea: Eases digestive system, relieve tension headaches/migraines, relieves menstrual cramps and helps freshen bad breath.


Turmeric and Honey Tea: Boosts immunity health, reduces cardiovascular complications and improves heart health, helps fight colds and eases digestion problems.


Chai Tea: Boosts energy, prevents colds and nasal congestion, improves metabolism and has anti-inflammatory properties.


Raspberry Leaf Tea: Very beneficial for women who want to increase fertility, ease and regulates menstruation, prevents oxidative stress, packed with nutrients like Vitamin A, C, E and B.
