Greeeeeeeeens 🥑🥦🥬🫑 like boo IYKYK! They are my favorite and I'm sure you guys can tell by now. It's just something about the color and the natural effect it has on me. I feel happy, calm, energized and I feel like I can breathe better. That is why I love eating my greens, having plants and herbs in my house and always going out to nature.
If you read some of my blogs and email benefits, I always talk about the importance of plants/herbs and the benefits it has on the body. Greens specifically has so much benefits, whether you're eating it or drinking it.

  • Detoxes the Body
  • Anti-Inflammatory 
  • Heals the Body

So, the life we live in today the food just isn't the same nomore. Everything just taste like plastic, ewww. Do you agree or you don't? Share your thoughts below. The same applies to the products, I mean these products today are building toxins in our body from the harsh chemical products and ingredients. Our air quality isn't even the same sis or bro, and I can go on and on.

Which is why we MUST DETOX!!!

There are still natural, organic raised fruits and vegetables that exists in our local food markets that we should make a priority to consistently cleanse and detox our bodies with. We have to stay in survival mode because if not, we just don't know what can happen.

Take control of you're health while you can is the main point and detoxing with greens is one of the best things to start with.
